Russian Translation Request

Hello, I'm a student of German, and I often translate and subtitle Rammstein videos into English as a hobby. Recently, I received a lot of requests for the song "Moskau" ("Moscow"), but I have been unable to find a translation for the following two Russian bits: first bit, second bit (what the young guy with the mohawk is saying).

If someone could translate those dialogues into English, that would be excellent. Since I wish to subtitle the video, I would prefer an exact translation, and not a generalization of what's being said.
