Spanish: I noticed already!

How would I best say, "I noticed," in Spanish? (Mexican, if I have to pick a nationality.)

My audiobook occasionally breaks into English after a sample sentence and says things that always start with "Did you notice--?" For instance, "Did you notice that when the object we are referring to is feminine, 'lo' changes to 'la'?"

I like to talk back to my audiobook at times. I would like to be able to respond in Spanish with a falsely bright, "Yes! I noticed!" or a sarcastic, "No, I never notice anything." Spanishdict.com gives me many verbs which can mean "to notice" and I don't know which would be the most appropriate/natural one to use in that situation.
