"accountants BDO"

Does it refer to a counceling firm named BDO or mean something different? If referring to the firm, then why "accountants"? The phrase:
"A recent survey by accountants BDO and the UK’s Commerce and Industry Group (in-house lawyers association in England & Wales) found that 82 per cent of in-house counsels believe that hourly billing provides no incentive for firms to be efficient."

A coworker gave my dad this bottle of vodka (it has grass in it!), and I'm dying to know what the text says. Can anyone help?

  • Swedish - word usage
