Quick one for NY-area folk

Can I get a phonetic (doesn't have to be very tight; I just really need syllabic stress and phones) transcription of the name of the village on Long Island, "Yaphank"? I understand it's two syllables, and most places I see it described the speaker says "don't mind the h", so I'm wondering if it's just kind of an aspirated p, or is there actually a "h" there?

Thanks.
