Korean soup instructions

At the local H-Mart they sell a bean/vegetable/fish soup and a beef/vegetable soup containing fresh ingredients inside a package.  There are Korean instructions on how to prepare the soup.  I tried asking an employee to help me translate but she had trouble rendering it into English.

Would anyone be able to help me?  I know I wouldn't ruin anything by just dunking everything into boiling water at once, but
I'm curious if there are any specifics to the recommended order.
