Rock, Paper, Scissors

I've always heard the game where you make a rock, a piece of paper, or a pair of scissors with your hands (paper covers rock, rock smashes scissors, scissors cuts paper) called "rock, paper, scissors." (Just to clarify, I live in the USA.)

Via the Tic-Tac-Toe thread, I learned that there are different names for this in English. What do you call it where you are? What do you call it in other languages?
