neices and nephews

in the vein of the last post, is there some way to say 'neices and nephews' in one word? i'm an english speaker, but i'm willing to start the borrowing on this one. a non gender specific singular would be awesome, but if it's only available as a plural, that would work. i just hate saying 'neice and nephews'. it's so bulky. and sometimes it feels weird to say it that way because i have only one neice and it kind of unnecessarily singles her out when the whole point is to be inclusive. at least i have 'sibling'. (clutches word to heart)
