నారిం౛

I found this Telugu word for "orange" (nāriṃza or nārinḍza) in Charles Philip Brown's dictionary. It's the last entry on that page. I assume the last character is the obsolete grapheme for ẓa, which can be seen on the second page of this document. The weird thing is that it's not part of the Telugu Unicode range. It shows up on my computer as "undefined". What's going on?
