Downloading Japanese songs

When I was an international student in China, I teamed up with a Japanese friend and a Taiwanese friend for a song exchange club, where each week one of us would teach the others a song in our own language. Great fun, and excellent for dazzling people at karaoke. I learned three Japanese songs, and I'm trying to find somewhere to download copies of two of them, namely Kampai (the one which used to be popular at Japanese weddings) and Road (ロード), which tells the true story of the death of the songwriter's girlfriend.

Presumably there's a Japanese iTunes or similar, and any number of sites for downloading songs besides, but I can't read Japanese, which makes searching tricky. Can anyone help me with this?
