Language Programs in the US

What are some schools in the US that are known for strong language programs? Schools like Middlebury College, which is basically the only one I know of. Not necessarily schools that offer a lot of languages, but schools that teach them well. I'm interested mostly in Spanish. Also German, French, and Arabic.
