Linguistics-related movies from Linguist List

Related to A Film about Linguistics, this morning I was idly searching for a great documentary about linguistics that I saw on (U.S. public television station) PBS in the mid-1990s.

I found a posting on Linguist List from several years ago with a list of linguistics-related movies: http://linguistlist.org/issues/7/7-1708.html

The documentary that I was looking for turned out to be The Human Language Series. It's available for purchase, but for $545 for 3 movies and $195 for each movie.  Guess I'll be taking it out of my library rather than buying it...
