Hebrew

For a friend:

What would be the best translation of "You wanna make an omelet, you gotta break some eggs" in Hebrew? It's supposed to sound casual and (if possible) slightly sarcastic, and I think my friend wants to know both the romanized and Hebrew alphabet versions. If there's a common translation of the saying, it would probably be the most useful.

Thanks in advance!
