"Heyna" or no?

I've always known that my hometown-area had a strange dialect -- "Northeast Pennsylvania English", the wikipedia article calls it.

Now, there's an amusing Youtube video about (fictionally) "teaching" this dialect to non-natives of the area. Hopefully some of you will enjoy -- sit your dupa down and watch this for a couple two tree minutes, heyna?

Any thoughts? Are there any other regions / dialects that use any of "our" strange words / constructions?
