Diary?

Another translation request .__.  two words as a standalone title in all languages (particularly old languages, but any is fine) for:

                                                                           'diary' / 'journal'

I found a few ephemeris (greek i think?), libellus, commentarii diurni(latin?) and a Spanish translation,  Diario.
Any knowledge or insight always appreciated ;D'

addition: would "Ephemeris libellus" work? or would it become a tautology of sorts?
I think "'ephemeris' / 'diurnum'" would be fine for "'diary' / 'journal'."

Thankyou everyone for helping me put this together.^^
If i copied anything incorrectly, please let me know x.o
