No vowels?

This may sound like an odd request, but I am writing a novel (for NaNoWriMo, whoo), and for a line of dialogue I wanted one of the characters to dare another one to say a sentence without the assistance of any vowels.

So, linguaphiles, I ask:

Is there a language that does not have any vowels, or very few? It can be a dead language. Even a *fictional* language will do (since the conversation is between two geeks/nerds, so it'd be right up the ally.) Or, Heck, even, a language that has standard English vowels, but they are not considered vowels in said language (if that even exists.)

If this question sounds pretty dumb, I apologize. (Considering there's probably a bunch of technical jargon about "vowels" I probably do not understand.) I'm pretty sure said language does not exist, but I wanted to check and make sure in case I could have the potential to write a snappy comeback on the other character's part.
