Falconer

My surname is Falconer, a common enough surname in Scotland. As it's a profession surname I've also seen Italian and German versions. Hunting with birds of prey has been a fairly common practice with lots of cultures globally. So what is the word for Falconer in other languages? For non-native English speakers, the falconer was the person who trained and cared for the hunting birds.
