I just moved to DK and am learning lots of new expressions and a more modern Danish. (i.e. one that isn't 40 years old) Naturally this means I come across expressions that I don't recognise. When expedient I ask, otherwise I don't.

So what does the following phrase mean, and where does it come from?

Jeg skal lige ud at snakke med Ulrik. or Den skal lige ud at snakke med Ulrik.
(How that works I don't know.)

I tried googling it but what comes up doesn't make sense. & As far as I remember there were no Ulriks on the trip with us.
