Sup Linguaphiles?

I'm going to nippon this summer, I wanted to get some help-
I was wondering if any of you Japanese speakers could assist me in translating some sentences from English to Japanese.
Such as:

"When was the last time you did ____?"
"If you want this to continue successfully, do what you're doing."
"We didn't leave at the right time, did we?"
"I should know this."
"When did you decide to join them?"

Thanks in advance. :D
