Translation Pleeeease?

A friend of mine is doing a project regarding the gentrification of neighborhoods all around New York City, and wants to use the following phrase in the languages corresponding to various neighborhoods.

"Sorry for ruining your neighborhood"

I instantly thought of this community. I know some of you hate the "please translate this?" posts, but I'm asking for your help anyway, because this project is going to be awesome. I would do it myself, but I only speak English and mediocre French.

The languages requested:
Spanish
Russian
Polish
Italian
Portuguese
Yiddish
Chinese (Mandarin)
Korean
Greek

Or if you can think of any other languages of ethnic neighborhoods in NY that have been taken over by the general public, add them!
