"Diversity as an Opportunity"

Is there a better way to convey the German slogan "Vielfalt als Chance" than "Diversity as an Opportunity"? (Which sounds a little bit lame.) No need to stick to the original too closely.

Thanks in advance!

With "Vielfalt" in this case, there are dimensions like gender, disability, origin, ideology and age of people. So "diversity" may be a good translation, although a bit vague. It is about using the potential of every individual, and about compensating disadvantages to improve the whole community, make better communication and learn from each other.

I'm German, and I'm not quite sure what may fit the most as a good slogan, but maybe I was able to give you a few points.

My German is very basic, but based on this description (and a fair bit of work in the public sector), I wonder if an English equivalent might be 'Positive about diversity', which I have a feeling I've heard used.

This sounds good to me - or Opportunities in/from Diversity.
