Short translations needed for Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, Farsi, Kurdish, Amazigh

I'm working on a zine about vegan cuisine from the Mid East/Maghreb & want to include a short section of phrases useful for folks traveling in the regions. If anyone would be able to help out with translations into the following languages (both in the relevant script & an approximate representation in Latin script would be fantastic), I'd be so, so grateful: (Modern Standard) Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, Farsi, Amazigh, Kurdish (either Kurmanji or Sorani)

I'm vegan / vegetarian
I don't eat anything that comes from animals
Animals are my friends, and I don't want to eat my friends
If it's not a huge trouble, could I please have something without animal products?
I'm a big fan of vegetables
Thanks, that was really delicious!

I don't eat... cheese
milk
yoghurt
meat
fish
poultry

Many thanks in advance!

Never mind. Listen, I've changed my translation for this better and more natural one. Use it.

Veganım/Vejetaryenım
Hayvansal katki maddeleri içeren hiç bir şey yemem
Hayvanlar benim dostlarım, bense dostlarımı yemek asla istemem
Zahmetiniz olmazsa hayvansal katki maddeleri içermeyen bir şey alabilir miyim?
Sebzelerin büyük hayranıyım
Teşekkür ederim, bu gerçekten güzeldi!

Kaşar... yemiyorum
Süt
Yoğurt
Kırmızı et
Balık
Beyaz et

Hello again.
I asked one of my Kurdish ex-colleagues to translate these sentences for you into Kurdish, the problem is this translation is actual for the language being spoken in Turkey for sure, as that guy told me that things could be rather different for Iraqi or Iranian Kurdish... So keep it in mind.

ez goşt naxum
tışte heyvana çi teda hebe ez naxum
ez heyvana vek dostexe dibinim, ez naxazım dostege buxim
dijwarî nebe jı tera tışte heyvana nede min?
ez zerzevat a pır hıs dikim
spas dikim, ev gellek rinde!

qaşar... naxum
şîr
mast
goşte sor
masi
goşte spi

I can do Hebrew. The verb conjugations are specific to the speaker's gender, though, so I'll give you both - female first, male second.

I'm vegan / vegetarian
אני טבעונית/צמחונית
אני טבעוני/צמחוני

I don't eat anything that comes from animals
אני לא אוכלת שום דבר שבא מחיות
אני לא אוכל שום דבר שבא מחיות

Animals are my friends, and I don't want to eat my friends
בעלי חיים הם ידידי, אני לא רוצה לאכול את ידידי
(both verb forms spelled the same in this one)

If it's not a huge trouble, could I please have something without animal products?
אם זה לא בעיה, אפשר לבקש משהו שלא מכיל מוצרים מבעלי חיים
Same for both genders

I'm a big fan of vegetables
Well, the word "fan" in Hebrew means "admirer" which doesn't really work with inanimate objects, I think... but if you still want a translation for that, it's:
אני מעריצה גדולה של ירקות
אני מעריץ גדול של ירקות

or: I love vegetables very much
אני מאוד אוהבת ירקות
אני מאוד אוהב ירקות

Thanks, that was really delicious!
תודה, זה היה טעים מאוד

I don't eat.... xxx
אני לא אוכלת... םםם
אני לא אוכל.... םםם

cheese גבינה צהובה
milk חלב
yoghurt יוגורט

normally these would all be covered by saying you don't eat milk products:
מוצרי חלב

meat בשר
fish דגים
poultry עוף
bonus: sea food פירות ים

and er, sorry for the excessive editing.

That's terrific, thanks so much! (toda?)

D'you feel up to doing a transliteration of the Hebrew script into Latin script? (of course it's okay if not though!)

Modern Standard Arabic

However if you want to really use these phrases, a dialect would be much better.

Thanks a lot! Yeah I speak Palestinian Arabic so I'd thought that I could give that translation, but I know it's pretty different to Egyptian, Maghrebi, Iraqi dialects... but anyway thanks, this is a huge help!
