fluency and practice with reading kana

Hi all,

I think I have the Japanese hiragana and katakana memorized, but now I'd like to work on being able to read with more fluency and comprehension. I'd like to be able to recognize and read signs, directions, menus, the basic essentials =)

Does anyone have or know any good resources online, exercises I may be able to use for practice?
