Haitian Creole accent when speaking Spanish (and broken English) and common Haitian female names

A very minor character in my story is a Haitian woman (let's call her Nathalie). Nathalie's an illegal immigrant from Port-Au-Prince who has recently crossed the border into Cuba, specifically Baracoa, looking for work so she can support her family back home. She knows a bit of Spanish and English, picked up from time working under the table in a casa. How might she sound when speaking both languages? And is Nathalie even a plausible name for a Haitian woman?
(It's definitely a French name, but is it used in Haiti or are more old-fashioned names used there?)
