The violence inherent in the system

Someone asked on Wikipedia how to pronounce the word "anarcho-syndicalism", and someone else told them to put the stress on the first and fourth syllables. They added that the peasant in Monty Python and the Holy Grail puts the stress on the second and fourth, and "maybe that's one of those British things".

I've never heard or even imagined that anybody would put the stress on the first and fourth syllables, but then maybe it is one of those British things (I'm one of those British things too). Do some people really stress the first and fourth? Is it a regional thing? How do you say it?
